These terms are the conditions on which Stanislav Stanislavovich Shutko, a private individual, Moscow Region, Russia (the "administration") provides the St. Bernard Database website (base.senbernar.ru, base.senbernar.com, the "site"). By using the site you accept them. Registration is free.

1. What the site is

1.1. The site is a reference catalogue of St. Bernards: dog records, pedigrees, information about breeders, owners, kennels and litters, calculations (inbreeding coefficient, test mating, mate suggestions, breed statistics) and articles.

1.2. The catalogue is compiled from documents and owners' reports, partly carried over from the previous database, and may contain errors. The site is not a kennel club; its records, pedigrees and PDF exports are not official documents of the RKF, FCI or any other organisation.

1.3. Calculations and suggestions are for reference only. They are not a recommendation to mate, buy or treat a dog and not veterinary advice.

2. Kennels, listings and sales

2.1. Kennel pages, litter announcements, prices, descriptions, photos and kennel articles are published by the kennels themselves, who are responsible for them.

2.2. The "Verified kennel" mark only means that moderators checked the kennel name certificate. We do not check how dogs are kept, the health of puppies or the kennel's conduct, and give no guarantee for them.

2.3. The site does not sell puppies and is not a party to any sale. Contract, price, payment, handover and the puppy's health are agreed between buyer and kennel directly.

3. What you send us

3.1. By sending information, documents, photos and texts you confirm that they are accurate and that the photos and texts are yours or you have the right to publish them.

3.2. You grant the administration a free, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use the photos and texts you send on the site and in its materials (including PDF exports and link previews) for the full term of the rights, including translating and resizing them. You keep your rights to them.

3.3. Moderators may correct, reject or remove material that is inaccurate, unlawful or infringes others' rights or these terms; the reason is given in your request.

4. What is not allowed

4.1. Automated collection or copying of the site's data (scrapers, bulk requests), circumventing access limits, or republishing catalogue data elsewhere without written permission. The catalogue is a database protected by law.

4.2. Posting others' photos or texts without permission, false information, advertising unrelated to the breed, insults or unlawful content.

4.3. Impersonating another person or kennel.

5. Notices and complaints

If you find your photos or texts used without permission, false information about you, or misleading listings, use "Report a problem" on the page or write to base@senbernar.com. We review notices within 10 working days and tell you our decision, with reasons. Point of contact for users and authorities: base@senbernar.com, in Russian or English.

6. Liability

6.1. The site is provided "as is". We try to keep it running and accurate but cannot guarantee it.

6.2. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made on the basis of catalogue data or calculations, for deals between users and kennels, or for content published by kennels and users. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumers have under the mandatory law of their country.

8. Changes and contact

We may change these terms; the new version applies from its publication on this page. Questions: base@senbernar.com or the "Write to moderators" form. These terms are governed by Russian law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country.
